AT001 – STS8107 Basic Training Course
This course will provide you an overview of STS8107 test system. By taking this course, you may know the specifications of sources & meters, and basic operation of hardware & software. Besides, you can also learn how to do system selftest and calibration, and the basic steps for developing a test program. This course includes hands-on experiments.

AT002 – STS8107 Equipment Engineer Training Course
AT001 is the prerequisite course. This course will teach you how to analyze the selftest data & calibration data and the trouble-shooting method, and it’s especially suitable for equipment engineer. Hands-on experiments are included.

AT003 – Developing test programs on STS8107
This course consists of a series of sub-courses, each of which applies to a specific class of devices. Each sub-course focuses on an example device and teaches you how to develop a program and debug it on STS8107 tester. You may learn many useful skills by taking the course. Hands-on experiments are provided.
