On July 18th , 2022, AccoTEST held a ceremony to celebrate the 5000th tester delivery.
On September 8th , 2021, AccoTEST held a ceremony to celebrate the 4000th tester delivery.
We will show the Power Discrete(GaN/SiC/IGBT), Power Module (IPM/PIM) and Power Management IC test solution on AccoTEST.
