AccoTEST Global joined the Philippine Semiconductor and Electronics Convention and Exhibition (PSECE) 2026, held 26-28 October at the SMX Convention Center Manila in Pasay City. Together with partner NXTREV, the team welcomed industry professionals at Hall 4, Booths 337 and 338, to explore its semiconductor power test solutions and capabilities.
This October, AccoTEST also celebrated a milestone: the delivery of its 10,000th tester. This achievement reflected the strength and endurance of the team behind AccoTEST’s power and mixed-signal test solutions, and their drive to keep innovating. The STS8200 CROSS, whose first 1,000 units shipped in 2015, remains at the forefront as adoption of silicon carbide (“SiC”) and gallium nitride (“GaN”) technologies grows.
Today, the STS8200 CROSS comes in multiple configurations supporting analog, power discrete and power modules. At the booth, visitors saw how this scalable tester has expanded, from the STS8200 PMOS and STS8200 IPM to the STS8200 AXE-PM, AXE-FET and AXE-PLUS.
For AccoTEST Global, PSECE was a chance to share that journey with the Philippines’ electronics community: 10,000 testers delivered, and test solutions that keep growing alongside the semiconductor industry we serve.
